Key Responsibilities
1. Restaurant Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants to the platform.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing restaurant partners to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms,commission structures, and promotional opportunities with restaurant partners.
- Ensure restaurants are trained and well-equipped to use the platform effectively.
2. Day-to-Day Operations
- Manage and monitor daily order flow to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate between restaurants, riders, and customers to resolve operational issues.
- Track key performance metrics (orders, revenue, cancellations, delays) and suggest improvements.
- Support promotional campaigns and special offers with restaurant partners.
3. Rider Management
- Assist in rider on boarding, documentation, and training.
- Manage rider schedules, availability, and allocation for smooth delivery operations.
- Address rider grievances, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Work closely with operations to maintain rider efficiency and customer service levels.
4. Business Growth & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to strengthen the brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 03 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Operations (freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally for restaurant visits and rider coordination.
- Two Wheeler is Required.
