Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mangaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, building relationships with potential clients, creating strategic business plans, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and track new opportunities in the ocean technology sector.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with senior officers, scientists, and investors.
  • Support strategic partnerships and communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to Seaverse revenue growth and global expansion.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in the maritime or sustainability sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
