Role outline
We are seeking an experienced and passionate CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a critical role responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling our entire HubSpot instance. You will be our go-to expert for all things HubSpot, working across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure our platform is a powerful engine for growth, data integrity, and process efficiency. From architecting complex workflows to leveraging the latest AI features, you will give us a competitive edge.
Key responsibilities
o HubSpot Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator for our HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs), ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and security.
o Marketing & Sales Automation: Design, build, and manage sophisticated automation workflows for lead nurturing, lead scoring, internal notifications, and seamless data synchronization.
o Sales Hub Optimization: Build and refine sales pipelines, forecasting models, and automated sequences. Develop workflows to streamline lead rotation, deal management, and sales team reporting.
o Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain insightful dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs for marketing, sales, and leadership. Translate data into actionable recommendations to drive performance.
o System Integration & Innovation: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other core business systems. Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot's evolving features, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to improve processes.
o Enablement & Support: Provide training and support to our sales and marketing teams, creating documentation and ensuring they are effectively utilizing the platform to its full potential.
o Content & Campaign Utilization: Leverage HubSpot's CMS and campaign tools to effectively distribute content to customers and prospects, ensuring all marketing activities are tracked and optimized.

Skills, knowledge, and experience
o A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing a multi-hub HubSpot platform in a B2B environment.
o Demonstrable expertise across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
o A deep architectural understanding of the HubSpot CRM, including custom objects, data flows, and lifecycle management.
o Proven ability to build complex reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable business insights.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different departments.
o Official HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Admin, RevOps, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub).
o Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack, etc)
o Familiarity with a SaaS or technology-focused business model.
o Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates and landing pages.
