About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing startup team. This role demands expertise across performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, and analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while driving measurable growth for diverse industries, including tech services, healthcare, and real estate. The role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication for both internal and client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Strategize, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS through continuous campaign optimization.
- Execute remarketing and retargeting strategies to boost lead conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign efficiency.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and end-to-end SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Leverage AI-powered tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, ChatGPT) for enhanced visibility and performance.
- Optimize content for
voice search, semantic search, and search intent targeting.
Social Media & Community Management
- Develop content calendars for posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and foster community engagement.
- Produce creative storytelling content tailored to different industries.
Creative & Video Marketing
- Create short-form promotional videos and reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
- Develop compelling visual and video content to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and drip marketing flows.
- Work with automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Manage leads and pipelines using HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce CRM, ensuring strong marketing-sales alignment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and BI dashboards.
- Analyze conversion funnels and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Prepare professional reports, PPTs, and proposals for stakeholders and client presentations.
Growth & Innovation
- Implement growth-hacking strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest

to deliver innovative campaigns.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven digital marketing experience with measurable results.
- Strong expertise in
performance marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns
