About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
HubSpot Developer
with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, API integrations, and custom automation within the HubSpot ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable solutions, optimizing CRM performance, and integrating HubSpot with other business platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic.
- Build and customize HubSpot forms, landing pages, templates, and custom modules using
HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
. - Implement and manage
custom APIs
and integrations between HubSpot and external systems such as ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools. - Support
data migration and synchronization
between HubSpot and other systems. - Create and maintain
custom dashboards, reports, and analytics
for various business units. - Collaborate with MarTech Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across HubSpot environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, workflow, and integration issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot development capabilities, APIs, and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in
HubSpot CRM
. - Proficiency in
HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
, and RESTful APIs. - Strong experience with
HubSpot API
,
custom integrations
, and
webhooks
. - Familiarity with
integration platforms
(e.g., Zapier, Workato, or Make). - Experience building and customizing
HubSpot CMS modules and themes
. - Solid understanding of
CRM data models
, automation workflows, and data pipelines. - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- HubSpot certifications in
CMS for Developers

Integrations
, or
Automation
are preferred. - Experience with
Salesforce, Dynamics, or Marketo
integrations is a plus. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams
