Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Description:
Overview: As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the CEO and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Hindi, Kannada, and English, both in writing and communication. This role demands a high level of confidence, discretion, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, calendar, and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel plans.
- Demonstrate fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English in both written and verbal communication.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Handle travel-related logistics and expense reports.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, providing solutions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
