We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator / Executive Assistance to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to management.
Key Resposiblities : Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with all MS Office tools.Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate with autonomy, bringing creative ideas and recommendations to projects.Strong collaboration skills. Oversee day-to-day office operations.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPositive and professional demeanor with a strong work ethicA genuine desire to contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Experience level : 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Office Management is a plus.
Job Timing : 6:30 pm to 12:30 am IST
Shift : Night shift
Location : Work from home
