Back Office Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities.
The ideal candidate should have a finance background and be able to handle data management, documentation, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records, files, and documents related to daily operations.
- Assist in data entry, record updating, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Support the finance and administrative teams with routine back-office tasks.
- Handle general office coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate (preferably from a Finance background)
- 0 to 4 years in a similar or related role
- Basic understanding of financial processes and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
