Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Head based in Guwahati. The Technical Head will oversee and manage technical projects, provide technical support, and ensure seamless operation of technology systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing system performance, leading and training technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve technical processes and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve system performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and train technical teams
  • Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions for technical staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with IoT, AV, and integrated building management systems is a plus
