Your Role

As a
Civil Engineer at Darshh Builders
, you will:

  • Oversee all site execution activities — from foundation to finishing.
  • Ensure work quality, structural accuracy, and timely progress.
  • Coordinate between architects, site teams, and vendors for flawless execution.
  • Manage material planning, quantity estimation, and site billing coordination.
  • Maintain strict quality checks and enforce safety standards on-site.
  • Supervise labour teams and site supervisors with leadership and clarity.
  • Handle client updates, work documentation, and weekly reporting to management.
  • Be part of a culture that values creativity, discipline, and detail.

We're Looking For

  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–10 years of experience in residential or commercial site execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge in RCC, finishing, and structural coordination.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and lead manpower efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to
    Assam
