Job Title: Billing Engineer (Civil)

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience in building construction projects.

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (acceptable)

CTC: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process client and subcontractor bills as per contract terms.
  • Take measurements from drawings and site for quantity estimation.
  • Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and ensure timely submission to clients.
  • Maintain record of measurements, reconciliation statements, and material consumption reports.
  • Coordinate with site teams, clients, and consultants for billing documentation and clarifications.
  • Ensure billing is in compliance with PWD/CPWD standards, norms, and formats.
  • Assist in rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost control activities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated billing records for audits and project review.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of building construction billing processes.
  • Hands-on experience in PWD/CPWD billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing-related software.
  • Sound understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
