Responsibilities

The Site Civil Execution professional will be responsible for:

  • Supervising subcontractors and laborers to maintain productivity and quality of work
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with project managers to develop and adjust project schedules
  • Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits
  • Preparing progress reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in project meetings and providing technical expertise
Qualifications
  • 10-20 years of experience in civil execution within the Thermal Projects industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing civil construction projects
  • Experience in overseeing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations
