Job Title - Civil Head - Projects

Location: Bhagalpur, Bihar / Baran (Rajasthan) / Guwahati Assam

Purpose:

We are seeking highly experienced Civil Head - Projects with 25-30 years of experience to join our team in Bhagalpur, Bihar & Guwahati Assam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of our projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Civil Head - Projects will be responsible for the following:

** Looking for thermal expert who can lead the project site, with his expertise in BTG,BOP and structure.

• Leading the civil engineering team in project planning, design, and execution
• Expertise in BTG, BOP and CHP area in power plant projects.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Expertise in Civil & Structure in power plant packages.
• Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• Expertise in handling the private & government vendor
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Providing technical guidance and expertise on civil engineering matters
• Implementing best practices to optimize project efficiency and quality
• Overseeing the procurement of materials and services for civil works
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution
• Expertise in civil engineering principles, practices, techniques and construction Management.
• Expertise in civil construction and project management in green field and brown field projects.

Reporting project status, milestones, and risks to senior management

Technical Skills

• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• In-depth understanding of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards

Non-Negotiable Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• 10 + years of experienced in BTG, BOP, CHP & structure package in power plant projects
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• Possess an overall experience of 25-30 years, including 10+ years in the Power and Energy industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects
• Proven experience in overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery
