Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the B2B segment.

  • Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.

  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close profitable deals.

  • Maintain and update sales pipeline through CRM and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives.

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, technical team) for smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Ensure post-sales support, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys offerings.
