Business Development Executive – Hotel Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated and trilingual Business Development Executive to manage and execute B2B hotel deal flow between our network of travel agents and partner hotels. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a knack for negotiation, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of bulk hotel bookings and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Negotiation:
Actively source, negotiate, and finalize B2B bulk hotel deals and contract rates, ensuring favorable terms for both travel agents (TAs) and hotel partners. - Deal Execution & Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end execution of finalized deals, including rate implementation, inventory checks, and contract sign-offs between TAs and hotels. - Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel management and travel agents, fostering strong, professional relationships through regular communication. - Communication & Follow-up:
Handle all official correspondence, documentation, and communication via email and calls efficiently and professionally. - Problem Solving:
Act as a critical link to troubleshoot and resolve any execution, booking, or communication issues that arise between the parties in a timely and strategic manner.
Required Skills
- Language Fluency (Mandatory):
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
to effectively communicate with diverse partners and stakeholders. - Communication Skills:
Proven ability to communicate complex details clearly, both verbally and in professional emails. - Problem-Solving:
Demonstrable strategic approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving execution and logistical challenges. - Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using email platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM systems for documentation and tracking.
Preferred Experience (Great to have)
- Industry Experience:
Previous professional experience (1+ years) working within the Travel Industry, a Travel Agency, or a Hotel Sales/Reservations department. - Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Hospitality, Tourism). - Negotiation Skills:
Previous experience in a role requiring rate negotiation or contract finalization.
