Role Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and positive experience
Handle customer queries & complaints across email, phone, and in-person with empathy and clarity
Maintain accurate customer records and collect feedback for service improvements
Coordinate with vendors & service providers (transport, supplies, logistics)
Support front desk operations – visitor management, call handling, reception duties
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues & support administrative functions
Adhere to company policies, processes, and service quality standards
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline
1–5 years of customer service, front office, or client-facing experience (aviation/corporate background is a plus)
Strong communication skills with professional email etiquette
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
Calm, empathetic, and composed under pressure
Organized, multitasker, and a collaborative team player
Leadership/people management exposure is a plus
