Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Specialist located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Specialist will also be involved in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, as well as maintaining detailed records of customer interactions to improve service delivery.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a dedication to ensuring high Customer Satisfaction levels
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members professionally
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the insurance or customer service industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
