Our Founder & Director previously founded Fydox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2019, which became one of India's largest buyers of pre-owned mobile phones from e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. Building on that expertise, Switchkart aims to set a new benchmark in the pre-owned mobile device market through tighter quality checks, smarter sourcing strategies, and unwavering customer trust.
- Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new B2B, B2C & Corporate customers for refurbished mobile phone sales.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
Market Expansion: Drive Switchkart as presence across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer queries, negotiate deals, and finalize profitable sales.
Promotions & Schemes: Execute promotional offers and communicate effectively to boost sales.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share actionable market insights with management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and collections.
- Qualifications & Skills
Education: BBA (Mandatory).
Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in sales within electronics, telecom, or e-commerce preferred.
Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
