Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our growing user base. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages in a timely and helpful manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to follow up on customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Ensure consistent and professional service in every interaction

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Patient, polite, and clear in both written and spoken communication
- Responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; understanding of Bengali or Hindi is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹43, ₹80,000.00 per month
