Role & responsibilities :

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for product marketing and customer acquisition.
  5. Conduct field work to meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions.
  6. Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  7. Continuously learn and improve your sales skills through training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Have a strong interest in SaaS products, HR tech, or business software for MSMEs

  2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local languages

  3. Are comfortable travelling locally to meet clients and conduct demos

  4. Are energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn real-world B2B sales

  5. Own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for local travel

  6. Are willing to work with daily field reporting and performance tracking tools

  7. Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or Sales backgrounds

  8. Candidates with prior exposure to internships in sales, customer support, or SaaS

  9. Familiarity with mobile apps, productivity tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business), or HRMS platforms

  10. Interest in building a career in B2B Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development
