Job Summary:
We are looking for an Insurance Desk Executive with 1 year of hospital experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies and TPAs to ensure smooth claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cashless approvals and reimbursement claim processing.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for timely updates.
- Verify insurance documents and patient eligibility.
- Support patients with insurance-related queries.
- Maintain claim records and follow up on pending cases.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of TPA and hospital billing procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and hospital software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
