We are currently seeking a Commercial Helpdesk Executive to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Job Summary:
As a Commercial Helpdesk Executive, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance team at Tanishq. You will be the first point of contact for all commercial queries related to jewellery finance and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the Finance team and other departments within the organization
- Handle all commercial queries related to jewellery finance, including but not limited to pricing, discounts, payment terms, and credit limits
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify any discrepancies or issues and take necessary actions to resolve them
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial transactions and update the finance database
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to jewellery finance
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Support the Finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong understanding of finance processes and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Sound in Excel,
Ø Knowledge on the commercial SOP / Policies
Ø High analytical knowledge
Ø Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Bi etc., (Few or all)
Ø Excellent communication ability
Ø Organizational and time-management skills
Ø Being a Team Player
Ø Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Ø Fluency in English & Hindi and Any other languages (Added Advantages)
