**Helpdesk Executive - Facility Team**
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Department**: Facilities Management
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for facility-related issues and service requests
- Log and track complaints, maintenance issues, and service calls through helpdesk software
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendor teams for timely resolution
- Maintain and update daily reports, logs, and records of facility activities
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closures within SLA timelines
- Support in organizing periodic facility inspections and audits
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Facility Manager
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with facility policies
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar helpdesk or facility coordination role
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and helpdesk/CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude
- Any diploma or degree in Facility Management, Administration, or related field is a plus
**Schedule**:
- Day Shift
- May require rotational shifts based on business needs
