Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers to understand their IT requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver both technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements and Odyssey's offerings.
  • Present security applications to corporate clients and lead the execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned large accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Lead the creation of detailed proposals and respond to RFPs, demonstrating how our solutions address client needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Assist clients during the evaluation phase and provide post-sales support where necessary, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in presales for networking solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting software products, with a strong preference for experience with IT Security products.
  • Hands-on experience with presales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations, pilot projects, and conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including : Different types of databases, Networking concepts, Firewalls, Active Directory, Web servers, etc. )
