Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our customer relationship management programs. This role is responsible for enhancing the customer journey, improving customer retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value through targeted communications, automation, segmentation, and insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define customer segments and lifecycle stages to support personalized engagement.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in the customer journey.
Data & Analytics
- Manage CRM databases and ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance .
- Analyze customer behavior, trends, and KPIs to produce actionable insights.
- Track and report on campaign performance, retention metrics, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer support teams to develop unified engagement strategies.
- Serve as the internal CRM expert and advocate best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, retention metrics, and lifecycle strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
