Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager, based in Meerut. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential customers, maintaining meaningful relationships with existing and prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve promoting financial products and services, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction. The candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and its customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Marketing skills with the ability to achieve targets and objectives
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven ability in Business Development and Strategic Planning
  • Client-focused approach with experience in delivering customized financial solutions
  • Operational knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales or financial services experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment
