Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Meerut for a Field Sales Manager. The role involves developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include planning sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, generating leads, and fostering client relationships. The Field Sales Manager will also analyze market data, produce reports on sales, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and manage client relationships
  • Experience in market research, analysis, and strategy planning
  • Proven skills in team leadership, coordination, and training
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in field sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) context
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic digital tools for reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with the local market in Meerut is a plus
