Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Meerut for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and providing training and support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing and developing a sales team
- Market research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in sales performance monitoring and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned area
