Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Meerut. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
- Strong market research and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to work on-site in Meerut
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
