Job Title: Technical Sales Executives / Sr. Technical Sales Executives

Job Summary
As a Technical Sales Executive at Nexsel, you will play a key role in driving business growth by handling and converting leads from IndiaMART, exhibitions, and other sources. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide the right horticulture lighting solutions. Along with managing leads, you will proactively generate new inquiries through email marketing, calls, and WhatsApp outreach. This role offers excellent opportunities to learn, grow, and build a rewarding career in the fast-evolving agri-tech industry
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle inquiries received from multiple lead sources (IndiaMART, exhibitions, email, calls, etc.) and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow the structured sales process to ensure smooth communication and closure of deals.
- Visit B2B customers to understand their requirements and provide the right solutions.
- Arrange and participate in meetings with key decision-makers to build strong business relationships.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in the prescribed format.
- Manage post-dispatch activities, including providing tracking details, ensuring timely delivery, and conducting post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and good crop growth
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and other industry platforms to build brand presence and expand the customer network.
Qualifications and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Horticulture, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply ; prior experience (1 to3 years) in sales or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills (English and local language).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or agri-tech.
- Interest in agriculture, greenhouse technology, or lighting solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Working Conditions
- This is primarily an office-based role, with approximately 60% office work and 40% travel.
- Travel will be required across major metro cities in India for customer visits, exhibitions, and trade shows
Compensation and Benefits
- Freshers: 18,000 20,000 per month
- Experienced candidates: 23,500 36,000 per month
- Incentives: Target-based incentives, over-target incentives, and special incentives
