Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Sales and Estimation Executive to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You'll play a key role in securing new projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare
technical and commercial proposals
for HVAC/MEP projects. - Perform
estimation of equipment, and labor costs
based on project requirements and provide technical consultations. - Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.
- Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in estimation and/or sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.
- Strong knowledge of
mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms
. - Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of
ASHRAE/IS standards
. - Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
