Senior Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Professional to accelerate business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts. This role covers car rentals, employee transportation, airport transfers, MICE & event transportation, and leasing services across India.
Youll thrive in this role if you have strong B2B sales skills, relationship-building expertise, and a deep understanding of the corporate travel/transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and acquire new corporate clients (SMEs, large enterprises, MNCs) through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital channels.
- Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, and Procurement leaders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development Design and execute tailored sales strategies while exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proposals & Presentations Deliver impactful, customized pitches and proposals showcasing our fleet and service value.
- Contract Negotiation & Closures Drive negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure profitability while aligning with company policies.
- Market & Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Networking & Representation Represent our brand at industry forums, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 26 years of proven B2B/corporate sales experience (Car Rentals, Transportation, Hospitality, or Travel industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to network effectively and manage client relationships.
