Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Senior Corporate Sales professional
with strong experience in
Travel Management Services (TMC)
, focused on acquiring and managing
corporate clients
for business travel solutions. The candidate must have a proven track record in
corporate travel sales
, preferably from reputed travel companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to
acquire new corporate clients
for travel services (domestic & international). - Manage key accounts
, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Present and pitch
end-to-end corporate travel solutions
including air, hotel, visa, forex, MICE, and car rentals. - Collaborate with internal departments (operations, ticketing, MICE, and finance) to deliver client requirements efficiently.
- Identify and close high-value accounts
through consultative sales approaches. - Maintain and enhance business relationships with
CXO-level clients, procurement heads, and travel managers
. - Monitor
sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
. - Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports.
- Stay updated with
market trends, competitor activities, and travel technology
advancements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in
Corporate Sales within the Travel Industry
(minimum
8–15 years
experience). - Strong understanding of
corporate travel operations, GDS, and client servicing models
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client network within
Bangalore and South India
region. - Ability to work independently with
target-oriented performance
. - Good understanding of travel technology tools, MIS, and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience must be from Tours & Travel / Business Travel / TMC industry only.
- Candidates from
Gilpin Travel, FCM, CWT, FCM, Thomas Cook, Amex GBT, or similar
organizations will be preferred. - Must be
based in Bangalore or South region
with local market knowledge.
