About the Role:

Sun Forge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Management Representative (MR)
to oversee our quality, environmental, and safety management systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with
IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and EHS standards
, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain
    IATF, ISO, and EHS systems
    .
  • Plan and coordinate
    internal and external audits
    .
  • Ensure all documentation and records comply with standards.
  • Represent the company during
    certification audits and client visits
    .
  • Lead
    corrective, preventive, and continual improvement initiatives
    .
  • Support cross-functional teams in maintaining process compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
    or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience
    in manufacturing or automotive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of
    IATF / ISO / EHS systems
    and audit procedures.
  • Excellent
    communication, organizational, and leadership
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    and report documentation.
