Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager based in Rajkot. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align services with customer needs. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at industry events and provide regular updates on progress and market trends to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Market Analysis and Research abilities to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills to create actionable growth strategies and address challenges effectively.
- Project Management and Coordination expertise to ensure smooth execution of contracts and service delivery.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills to engage clients and represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
