Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, media).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance; adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Oversee content creation (brochures, newsletters, presentations, blogs, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
