strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute
    comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.
  • Promote FRP product lines
    to target industries like oil & gas, chemicals, infrastructure, power, and water treatment.
  • Plan and manage
    B2B campaigns
    across digital, print, and trade show platforms.
  • Create
    technical marketing collateral
    , case studies, product brochures, videos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Track KPIs and analyze market trends to refine campaigns and messaging.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field (Engineering will be preferred).
  • 5+ years
    of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of
    FRP products and applications
    is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content development, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a technical and engineering-focused environment.
