Relationship Manager – Channel Partner (Real Estate) | Empire Realty

Location: Thane

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–4 years

About Us: Empire Realty is a rapidly growing Channel Partner (CP) firm committed to delivering seamless real estate solutions. With a strong developer network and a performance-driven culture, we are expanding our team in Thane and seeking driven Relationship Managers to strengthen our CP network and project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners across Thane & Mumbai.
  • Drive qualified leads, site visits, and closings through CP engagement.
  • Share project details, inventories, offers, and pricing updates accurately.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct CP visits, training sessions, and activations.
  • Coordinate with developers, CP partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain updated reports of partner interactions, leads, visits, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of real estate experience (CP or Developer vertical preferred).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation & presentation abilities.
  • Good understanding of Thane real estate micro-markets (preferred).
  • CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business proficiency.
  • Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance available).
