Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Executive in the real estate sector. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to kickstart their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing updates on available properties, and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Property Showcasing: Assist clients in viewing properties, arranging site visits, and providing detailed information about the features, amenities, and pricing.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative duties such as maintaining client databases, preparing reports,
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate sector to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate Management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages.
- Location: Thane, Hiranandani

**Working Schedule**:
Weekend availability, with the designated day off being Wednesday.
The working hours will be from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays.
