Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate conversations and build rapport with decision-makers to understand their needs
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-up strategies tailored to different client personas
- Maintain an organized pipeline and update CRM with all activities and communications
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or B2B lead generation (mandatory)**:
- Hands-on experience using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach techniques**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with confidence
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and target achievement
- Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm conversations
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
