**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact provided leads data via call to introduce our products/services and initiate the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our products/services can address those needs.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads contacted, and successful conversions.
- Update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from initial contact to conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not required.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with one-hour lunch break)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
