Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree (B.Sc / B.Tech / Any Graduate or Master Degree)

    • Candidates from CPET / Polymer Industry background preferred

Experience:

  • 5–08 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Plastic / Petrochemical / Polymer industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic, polymer, and petrochemical segments.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Generate leads, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order execution.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business potential.
  • Support product launches in coordination with the R&D and technical team.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports, projections, and customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company ethics, sustainability principles, and sales goals.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of polymer materials, CPET, additives, and plastic raw materials.
  • Ability to identify client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Market knowledge of specialty polymers, grafted materials, and performance additives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent client handling and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a sales team if required.

Additional Requirement:


• Candidate must have their own vehicle and be willing to travel for client visits and market development.
