Job Overview:

Houston System Pvt. Ltd is seeking a results-driven and motivated Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and leading field sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and expanding market reach while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee territory management and optimize sales coverage for maximum impact.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Train and mentor new sales representatives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
