The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating the sales team to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and market expansion. The role involves strategic planning, team management, client relationship building, and execution of sales initiatives aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and address gaps in performance.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
