Job Description

Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Relationship Specialist to manage and optimize partnerships with external vendors and service providers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in the procurement and delivery of research services, including sample providers, fieldwork agencies, transcription services, technology platforms, and other third-party resources.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or project coordination—preferably within the market research or insights industry.
  • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience working with global sample providers, fieldwork partners, and research platforms/tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, vendor management tools, and project management software (e.g., , Asana, or Smartsheet).
