Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The specialist will focus on managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include handling CRM software, analyzing data to optimize customer interactions, collaborating with teams for project management, and enhancing communication channels to strengthen client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound emails and calls from influencers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve influencer queries and provide accurate information or solutions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure influencers' issues are addressed efficiently.
- Track and monitor the status of influencer campaigns, providing updates and clarifications as necessary.
- Proactively identify common concerns or challenges and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction are met consistently.
- Occasionally make outbound calls to influencers for follow-ups or to provide additional support.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and derive insights for improving customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills for fostering client relationships and conveying information effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
- Project Management skills for coordinating and executing client-focused initiatives
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
