Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Development
- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand the company's market presence.
- Train and support partners to effectively promote and sell company products.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel sales.
- Develop sales strategies and promotional plans to maximize partner performance.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with partners.
- Timeshare Business Focus
- Leverage experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership segment to identify potential business opportunities.
- Guide partners in promoting timeshare membership products and packages effectively.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Recommend improvements in the product offering and partner engagement strategies.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance data.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support channel operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
