Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Development
  • Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand the company's market presence.
  • Train and support partners to effectively promote and sell company products.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel sales.
  • Develop sales strategies and promotional plans to maximize partner performance.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with partners.
  • Timeshare Business Focus
  • Leverage experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership segment to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Guide partners in promoting timeshare membership products and packages effectively.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Recommend improvements in the product offering and partner engagement strategies.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support channel operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
