Medtra Innovative Technologies Pvt Ltd

Medtra is a fast-growing biomedical technology company and the proud developer of the Veineux AR 100 – India's first and only patent-granted 4K vein visualization system. We are expanding our distribution and partnership channels across India and international markets.

We are looking for a result-driven Channel Development Manager to lead and grow our hospital and healthcare partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners across India and abroad
  • Develop channel sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research to identify potential regions and partners
  • Train and support partners to drive product visibility and sales
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs and escalations
  • Represent Medtra at key trade shows and hospital events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales or distributor management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong market analysis and relationship-building capability
  • Ability to travel and handle multiple regions
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
