Key Account Manager Blinkit (E-Commerce Sales)
• Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager Blinkit to manage and grow our Blinkit (Q-commerce) account. The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, managing relationships, optimizing listings, and scaling our eCommerce presence.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Blinkit account end-to-end: listings, pricing, offers, and ads.
- Develop and execute a 4x sales growth strategy over the next 1218 months.
- Build strong working relationships with Blinkit category & operations teams.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, platform ads, and visibility boosts.
- Optimize catalog, listings, keywords, and content for conversions.
- Monitor daily sales, stock availability, returns, and platform penalties.
- Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operations, inventory, and dispatch.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience managing accounts on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Blinkit seller panel, marketing tools, and promo campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a result-oriented and growth-hacking mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, Grocery, or Personal Care categories.
- Past ownership of 2 Cr+ revenue accounts.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar dashboards.
- MBA/PG in Marketing, eCommerce, or related fields (preferred).

5-6 LPA
