Department Sales

Division – Orthopedic Joint Implants (Medical Devices)

Product - Hip Implants - (Total hip replacement, Hip resurfacing, Hip revision), Knee Implants- (Total knee replacement, Partial knee replacement, Knee revision).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for joint implants within the assigned area/territory/region/zone.

  2. Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive product adoption and sales growth.

  3. Interacting with surgeons and managing relationships with orthopedic dealers, doctors, surgeons.

  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.

  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to support product launches and optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in medical device sales, with experience in orthopedic implants preferred.

  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  4. Willingness to travel within the assigned area/territory/region/zone as required.
